Nous acceptons uniquement des réservations par écrit et avec une garantie. (Par un numéro de carte de crédit valide ou par acompte sur notre compte bancaire).
La carte de crédit que vous nous avez fourni à la réservation comme garantie sera pré-autorisée environ 20-14 jours avant votre arrivée pour le montant de la 1ère nuit. À l'arrivée à l'hôtel cette autorisation sera convertie en une véritable vente en introduisant la carte dans notre machine à cartes. (La carte de crédit doit être montrée et utilisée à l'hôtel par son titulaire). Veuillez noter que nous ne chargeons pas une carte de crédit à distance. Puisque nous recevons tous nos clients dans nos locaux, seulement un paiement sur place par le propriétaire de la carte est possible. Cette mesure est utilisée pour la seule protection du titulaire de carte.
Votre séjour doit être payé à l'arrivée.
Un passeport ou une carte d'identité en cours de validité doit être présentée à l'arrivée.
Tout changement ou annulation d’une réservation doit nous parvenir par écrit et sera confirmé de notre part. Toute réservation peut être annulée sans frais jusqu’à 48 heures avant la date d’arrivée. Dépassé ce délai ou en cas de non-arrivée, la première nuit sera entièrement facturée.
Nous vous recommandons de souscrire une assurance « annulation voyages » qui, le cas échéant, vous remboursera les frais d’annulation. Une telle assurance peut être incluse, par exemple, dans votre assurance habitation, dans votre contrat carte de crédit ou carte de l'automobile club.

Egy éjszaka alapján írom a hozzászólást. Három felnőtt egy 3 ágyas szobában kényelmesen elfértünk. A szoba minden igényt kielégítő tiszta, rendezett volt, kényelmes ágyakkal és jó wifi-vel. A reggeli teljesen rendben volt, mindenki megtalálhatja a saját ízvilágát. A hotel elhelyezkedése is jó, minden nagyon közel van, beleértve a városközpontot is. Külön kiemelném a recepciós Hölgy segítségét, kedvességét, Őt is öröm volt megismerni! Csak így tovább.!
“3C's: Clean, Central, Cheap” It coulnd't be better for this price. Close to restaurants and train station with wi-fi and breakfast included in the price. Parking comes at extra cost but you could park at the station (10' walk) for free. Very nice and friendly staff.
The hotel is in a good location. Close to town (about 5 mins on the bus) and to the train station (about a 10 min walk) without being too much in the middle of anything noisy. The staff were very helpful. Checking timings of buses and trains and giving suggestions of places to eat etc.

Very nice stay, the room is clean and the staff were very helpful. Location is quite good since its close to both the station and the old town. Luxembourg is a very comfortable city to visit.
After staying a night in Zurich at a hotel that was too expensive and too small, this hotel was a nice change. The triple room was big enough with some breathing room for three guys. Breakfast was free and pretty good too. The price was much more reasonable than we could find elsewhere.
A nice hotel for one night as I traveled trough Europe. A nice breakfast as well with a good staff. Nothing really bad stood out for me.
Prima bed met fijn beddengoed. Koelkastje was een pre. Goede kamergrootte. Badkamer aan de kleine kant, maar was ok. Hotel ligt op een kwartiertje lopen van het oude centrum in Luxemburg.
We spent two nights here during a brief visit to Luxembourg City. We loved it! It is a really small hotel located in the financial district of Luxembourg and within a reasonable distance of the city centre and the old city. Our room was nicely appointed and well presented with everything we needed, and as it was getting cold outside we enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the room. Check in was easy and the receptionist went to a lot of trouble to ensure we had everything we needed. He took time to give us local maps and explain some of the sightseeing options. We had a car and the garage that was available, although a little distance from the hotel, was easy to find with the very well thought out instructions about how to find it. We had a very nice continental breakfast each morning, and found that just like the rest of the hotel, that the presentation was immaculate and the staff were helpful and very willing to go out of their way to ensure we got everything we needed. We will certainly choose to stay there again if we revisit Luxembourg City.
L'albergo si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 a piedi dal centro, 10 se passate dal Viaduc. Nella vicina piazza si trovano ristoranti e un supermercato oltre a diverse fermate d'autobus tra cui quello per l'aeroporto. L'arredamento è semplice ma le stanze sono pulite e lo staff cortese. Wifi discreto e colazione giusta.
We stayed for two nights in this small friendly hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the old town and buses from the airport stop a few yards from the door. The main railway station is 500 metres away. Our room and the public areas of the hotel were very clean. The inclusive breakfast was adequate and good quality. The staff we met were polite and efficient and a request for an extra pillow was dealt with promptly.
Localização excelente, acesso fácil ao transporte público e muito próximo da estação, próximo também do centro.Quarto confortável, silencioso e limpo. Uma ducha excelente. O café da manhã bem diversificado e com itens de qualidade, tudo muito saboroso. Funcionários solícitos e bom atendimento na recepção também. Estivemos lá em 2013 e quando eu voltar, ficarei lá novamente.
We only stayed one (Sunday) night, but found the hotel clean and quiet, with helpful staff on reception. The room was a good price for what we got, with a lovely continental breakfast included. It's an easy walk to the city centre, with a road bridge across the gorge so not as steep a walk as it looks on the map! We would definitely stay here again.
We arrived before check in and they were quite full-they did let us check in early once they had available rooms. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable-shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and provided help with parking to avoid a ticket and paying for overnight parking. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the city center. We arrived on Sunday so most of the places in the area were closed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an economical, clean friendly hotel.
Hotel is nice, clean and silent. It is placed well in Luxembourg-Gare and not far away from station itself. Many shops and restaurants Re close. The Hotel rooms have a good size and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is reasonable good.
Nous cherchions, pour un court séjour à Luxembourg, une chambre pour 3 personnes et proche de la gare. L'hôtel Christophe Colomb a rempli ces 2 critères efficacement : bien situé par rapport à la gare, et avec une chambre au très bon rapport qualité-prix (peu chère pour un week-end, assez vaste et disposant de 3 lits simples). L'hôtel dispose d'un tout petit lobby, mais d'une salle à manger sympa, qui sert un petit-déjeuner faisant l'affaire. L'hôtel Christophe Colomb a parfaitement rempli sa mission pour ma part et nous a donné ce que nous cherchions, à des tarifs défiant toute concurrence. Par contre, vous n'allez pas y vivre une expérience de luxe ultime ! Je le recommande si vous souhaitez un bon pied-à-terre, efficace, à Luxembourg.
We stayed three nights at the Christophe Columb and were very happy there. Our room was large compared to a typical European hotel room and had a mini-fridge, desk, small table and two chairs, and a large TV with 99 channels, in addition to the beds. The bathroom was spotless as was the entire room. The shower was small but excellent. Prices for beer, wine, water, or soda in the mini-fridge were very reasonable and there was a small empty shelf where we could put our own supplies. There is a lift, making it easy to get to the top floor. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is included and while not extravagant, it was still very good with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, breads and rolls, butter, jam, juice, hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and more. The location couldn’t be better. There are small shops, grocery stores and many restaurants within a few blocks, including an Italian place next door to the hotel and an Asian restaurant across the street. The train station is three blocks away and it is a short 15 minute walk into the center of Luxembourg City. We were very pleased with this hotel and got a very good price, especially considering the great location, good breakfast, and large, very clean room. I did extensive research before booking here and our experience showed we picked the best hotel in this price range.

Clean hotel with lovely staff and good breakfast. Hotel staff speak French, German and English. Breakfast was served for a good amount of time and included in the price which many of the other hotels we looked at in Luxembourg city didn't. Short walk into the centre.

Les chambres sont spacieuse et très très propre : le seul bémol (mais c'est vraiment pour dire:-), ce serait les serviettes de toilette trop petites (oui, c'est vraiment pour dire) Le petit déj était bien fourni et très bon...
I was on a short business trip in Luxembourg and basically choose the hotel based on location (near the bus routes I needed) and price per night (breakfast included). I knew the location from the earlier trips and was expecting a small ans a bit shabby place. Well, the hotel is small, but in a spotless condition. The room was a single room, but still good space and all the services I needed, including a large safe for my laptop. WiFi worked very well. Breakfast was continental style buffet with enough choices and fast service. i was indeed positively surprised by the hotel.
This hotel was really comfortable for our stay. Triple room is enough spacious for a family and clean. Good location from the city center. Breakfast was really great with many products proposed. Really friendly staff. Parking really practical for our small car. We will come back as soon as possible :-)
